★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayant de la famille vivant à proximité, je suis récemment passé visiter cette nouvelle boutique, même si je n'avais pas besoin d'appareil ménager.
Avec une belle variété d'appareils récents et propres, en plus d'un vendeur à l'écoute et qui prend le temps de bien vous conseiller, je crois que chacun peut y trouver le modèle qui répondra à ses besoins.
Que ce soit pour remplacer un appareil défectueux, désuet, ou encore meubler un nouveau chez-soi, voilà une belle occasion de payer la moitié du prix du neuf!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne suis pas satisfait apres 1 ans d'électroménagers que j'ai acheté il commence a avoir des problème votre garantie ne dur que 3 mois alors on n'a décidé de s'acheter en neuf pour dépanner un bout sa vaut la peine sinon en neuf on ne ce trompe pas est la garantie est de 5 ans ;)
I am not satisfied after 1 years of appliances that I bought it starts to have problems your warranty only lasts 3 months so we did not decide to buy new to troubleshoot a bit its worth it otherwise in new one do not deceive it is the guarantee is of 5 years;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service après vente. J'ai acheté une cuisinière le 22 septembre 2020 et dès la première journée le four était carrément disfonctionnel. J'ai appelé la même journée de l'achat et ils m'ont dit d'attendre l'appel du technicien. 8 jours plus tard j'avais pas encore reçu d'appel. Présentement j'attends encore une réparation de 5 à 10 jours sans possibilité d'échange ni remboursement selon la vendeuse. J'ai demandé de parler au propriétaire et on dirait que la vendeuse n'avise pas aux propios. Aucun respect à la loi des consommateurs.
Very poor after sales service. I bought a stove on September 22, 2020 and on the first day the oven was downright dysfunctional. I called the same day of purchase and they told me to wait for the technician to call. 8 days later I had not yet received a call. Currently I am still waiting for a repair of 5 to 10 days without possibility of exchange or refund according to the seller. I asked to speak to the owner and it looks like the saleswoman is not notifying the propios. No respect for consumer law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je viens de supprimer ma critique précédente et je suis ici pour dire que cela a facilité la malchance de mon réfrigérateur a cessé de fonctionner la semaine de Noël, ce qui a obligé le technicien à venir après quelques jours. Mais comme l'avait promis Electro Depot Manager, ils ont envoyé un technicien chez moi qui a bien vu mon frigo. J'apprécie la compréhension et l'attention avec ma situation, et j'achèterais sûrement ma laveuse et secheusr avec eux aussi
I just deleted my previous review and am here to say it eased the bad luck my fridge stopped working on Christmas week causing the technician to come in after a few days. But as Electro Depot Manager had promised, they sent a technician to my place who saw my fridge. I appreciate understanding and caring with my situation, and would surely buy my washer and dryer with them too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1200$ pour un matelas tout croche et une laveuse à linge qui a jamais bien fonctionné. 1 mois d'attente avant d'avoir la visite du technicien qui voulait me charger la visite pcq selon lui, tout était normal. Gros prix pour un très mauvais service et mauvaise qualité de produits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acheter laveuse et sécheuse, sécheuse ne fonctionnais pas le technicien est venu la réparer, même pas une semaine après, toujours pas fonctionnel. Je rappelle pour demander c'est quoi qui se passe car ça devient ridicule, je me fait dire que sa va être une autre semaine avant que le technicien passe et je me fait dire par la fille au téléphone que ce n'est pas de son problème et je doit attendre ou annuler le technicien elle étais vraiment trop désagréable et bête! C'est découragent de votre part! Vous ne devez pas être dans la service à la clientèle si c'est comme ça vous aller agir envers vos clients.
Buy washer and dryer, dryer did not work, the technician came to fix it, not even a week later, still not working. I call back to ask what's going on because it's getting ridiculous, I'm told it's going to be another week before the technician comes by and I'm told by the girl on the phone that it's not her problem and I have to wait or cancel the technician she was really too rude and stupid! This is discouraging on your part! You don't have to be in customer service if this is how you are going to act towards your customers.
