He found the problem on my washing machine in only few minutes and instead of just changing the faulty piece, he proceeded to fix it there. Furthermore, he gave me some advices on how to efficiently load the machine and how to avoid problems with excess of soap.
I was very satisfied with the service and recommend their services to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian replaced the heating element in my oven a couple of weeks ago and did a great job. He is professional, knowledgeable and punctual.
My only issue is that he mentioned he may not be servicing the island of Montreal in the near future and will work only the south shore. A loss for sure since he would otherwise be my go to appliance repair technician.

I called Monday morning for an appointment, and they offered me an appointment for the next day at a time that was convenient. The technician called me 20 minutes beforehand to confirm the address and his arrival time, which I appreciated. He respected Covid protocol while he worked in my home, he quickly assessed the issue, and he had the replacement piece in his vehicle. His price for parts & labour was more than fair, there is a 3 month warranty on the work, and the technician was pleasant and easy to communicate with. I will definitely use this service again and recommend them to anyone who asks.
