★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with Dan and his assistant. They came for 6 1/2 hours to install a huge picture window and two patio door pieces. They were courteous, neat, clean, quiet, and very professional. I had Dan come back to replace window cranks, and two other window mechanisms. By chance, I was speaking with another neighbour on Maple Crescent, and he too mentioned how pleased he was with work down at his house.
Given the constraints of the pandemic, Dan kept me informed about the order, the wait time, and the date for installation. He always answered my calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Very poor customer service. Had to call 3 times to have them come over to get an estimate to change windows. Its been more than 10 days and still have not received the estimate despite calling them after a week and being promised it would arrive the next day at the latest. Don't waste your time and money with them.Customer service is poor and unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erik and his team were perfectly on time. they put up a tent because there was a bit of rain. The team were professional and thorough in the custom replacement of the glass in my front door. Erik upgraded my thermo pane to a triple because the double would not fit the 3 1/2 inch door nicely. At no additional cost. The replacement of the glass was 1/3 of the cost of an aluminium door. I was able to save my original 1955 solid wood door!
I will definitely recommend Basco.
