He never pressured me to drop the price continually as other realtors most definitely would have. He was confident in his analysis of my house compared to others (and the market) and assured me we could get the price I required. He stuck with me for the extended time period but ultimately he made the deal happen. My previous real estate agent experiences consisted of "yes-man" type encounters. Ehtisham is not a "yes-man". He is honest and truly cares if you get the best deal possible. On multiple occasions Ehtisham told me if a house was a bad deal, bad location, would be hard to sell after purchase, etc. He also analyzed comps and told me when he thought a deal was superb. Ehtisham is a master negotiator and after finding me a killer deal he was able to hammer the price down even further. After the purchase of my new home with Ehtisham he has helped me with contacting contractors for some upgrades I require and has continued the realtor-buyer relationship.
