★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff! I believe it was Lisa who welcomed us at the front, she was wonderful and very friendly, not to mention efficient! We only waited a few minutes before Alison collected us and had one of the best ultrasound experiences I've ever had. I was allowed to bring my partner in, which was fantastic, and we both learned a ton from Alison. Thanks again to the great team here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bring your kid thinking you can bring him in with you into your x-ray or ultrasound. Or your significant other. They will only allow the patience into the appointment. I asked so what if she showed up just her and are 4 year old? They said she would have to reschedule the appointment! ?. Wow! Because people have so much free time on their hands! Super disappointing! I took the day off working thinking that I was going to get to see my child in the ultrasound. What a Joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience . The receptionist was super helpful, and friendly . I’ve never really had a great experience when attending ultrasounds as my previous technicians never really spoke during the process (all at a different radiology building ) I decided to come here for my dating ultrasound and had Justin as my technician. He was friendly , talked the whole way through and updated us on every little thing he saw or was checking for, with my last pregnancy ending in a miscarraige this made me feel at ease . Keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at the EFW Radiology - Airdrie Clinic who greets you and given me an appointment was unfriendly. She didn't want me to go to their place and tried to push me to another clinic. It's been a few times, and the way she pushes me away was to give me an appointment until a few months later, and I went to another local clinic, the one on Main Street - Pureform & PureKids Radiology , they're always so warm, Very professional. I got an appointment early the next morning instead of a few months later.
Believe the EFW Radiology - Airdrie Clinic should have more professional person to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my 19 week ultrasound at this location last week and it was not a great experience.
First off I will start by saying the front desk staff were wonderful, super friendly!
The ultrasound started off by the tech asking if she and the student could both do my scan, of course I said yes, assuming she would be in there helping the student. Nope. She left the room and let the student do the scan and came in at one point to tell her to try something else because what she was doing wasn’t working.
I asked if everything was okay as the student was completely silent the entire time and wasn’t telling me anything.
The tech ended up taking over and finishing my scan. I ended up being there for an hour and a half. At the end she told me we were done and to follow up with my doctor for the results.
I normally get my scans at the EFW at Sunridge and they have always discussed the results with me at the end or at least told me everything looked good, but she wouldn’t tell me anything.
I would highly recommend going to any other location other than this one! Sunridge is wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pregnancy scare today and the ultrasound tech was by far the sweetest, most kind health professional I have ever dealt with.
I wish I caught her name, but none the less… the biggest thank you on a scary day like today for making me as comfortable as possible.
