Lifemark is the rehabilitation division of Lifemark Health Group, and while physiotherapy remains a core service, we have expanded to meet patient needs and now offer multi-disciplinary services including mental health, massage therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, chiropractic, and sport therapy.

Promoting movement to a better life through sports
As a National Partner of Special Olympics Canada, we work with the organization to reveal the full potential of Special Olympic athletes by improving their health and fitness. We provide healthcare services through the Healthy Athletes program, assistance at events across the country, and post-event care for injured athletes at our clinics across Canada.

They took the time to ensure that I had the right technique and the proper information. Rafael sent me videos of the exercises that I was to do. I found that very helpful and that is why my recovery is going so well.

In a mere 4 weeks I went from feeling like I would never get my function back to being able to do more than I have in the past 6 years. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After nearly 10 months of chronic back/hip/pelvic pain that everyone just called "sciatica" I was finally able to find relief through Rafael and his team! I had tried chiropractics, massage, yoga, stretching and nothing helped. Then after my first session with Rafael, and some super fun dry needling, I could go an entire day without having to sit and hold back tears. The level of expertise at Lifemark is exceptional. They explain with clarity what the issue is, what they will do to help and what you can do to help. And, they aren't money gougers! From day 1 they worked hard to ensure I had to spend as little time there as possible. So 10 months of pain and enough improvement to stop seeing them after just over 1 month. It was worth every penny. If you're in pain or chronic discomfort, go see Rafael and his team, they will help!

I went to "Lifemark Physiotherapy Willow Brook" and was pleasantly surprised at their welcoming attitude, professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, teaching skills, enthusiasm and reassuring me that I will regain the range of motion and strength in my shoulder. Raphael and his team are highly recommended by me for anyone who is hurting, or does not have range of motion that they once had before. They will diagnose your condition, educate you, exercise you, and train you in what you can do at home, all with the intent that you can return to normal activities ASAP. They are not there to keep you coming back for a lifetime of visits and payments! They are all just absolutely the best, in my opinion. I would go back there in a heart beat if I developed any other concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 03/2020 I was involved in an MVA. My Chiropractor highly recommended a Rafael Burgos from Lifemark Physiotherapy Willowbrook, so I decided to give it a try as I was in a lot of pain.
I have to say after playing soccer for over 20 years, I’d had a few physiotherapists during that time. Not one came as close with the customer service & results as Rafael.
Rafael really knows his stuff! He’s not only knowledgeable with the anatomy and cure, he’s extremely personable & funny. You’ll definitely have a few laughs with him. Most importantly he can figure out the cause of your pain/injuries and results to help you heal from them with preventative measures for reoccurrence.
I also had the opportunity to work with the kinesiologist, Cassidy whom also had great customer service & knowledge in her field. I learned a lot from her with strengthening exercises and how to avoid injury and build strength.
The entire staff, office manager, Shannon and receptionist Natasha were all very helpful and kind.
After 1 1/2 years, I was able to return to work which can be physically demanding on the body, thanks to Rafael and Cassidy.
I would highly recommend Rafael Burgos @ Lifemark Physiotherapy Willowbrook

Cassidy is great, she works hard with the patients to help them understand their exercises and is willing at anytime to go over your routine should you have any questions .
The staff here are all very pleasant to work with and understanding of each unique circumstance.
