r	ruchi nanavaty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eFloor...where do I begin...the flooring job they did at our condo was immaculate...the attention to detail...the cleanliness of work by their contractor...the personal attention...by far the best company we have dealt with!! My first point of contact was Amy Mintz...she was patient with me while I was learning about engineered flooring...she helped me choose my final colour of hardwood...she was a pleasure to work with through the full process from start to finish...Thank You Amy...Aaron came out the day the installation was to start and honestly I was so so impressed with his attention to detail and making sure that the customer felt comfortable...it was such a good feeling to know that we were in great hands!! His methodical manner and knowledge was perfect!! Next comes the installer Yusuf...Yusuf and his team were so meticulous every step of the way...since we did not rip out our kitchen we had tons of challenging areas but Yusuf's creative ways just made everything look perfect as though the flooring was done way before the kitchen was installed...I am super super impressed and happy with their service and I would recommend eFloor and their team to everyone!! You won't find anyone better ?? Thank You Aaron Amy and Yusuf!!

We spent some time picking samples, took them home so we could see how they looked I'm the space. Excellent prices and selection for a small space. If you are looking for a step up from the big box stores without breaking this is the place to go. Product delivered and unloaded into our house (for a fee), on time, in great shape.
T	Terry Lehmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We presented eFloor with a very difficult job. We were moving to a 2nd floor condo flat in a renovated duplex without an elevator and with hot water heating. After selecting our material and signing the quotation we found out our condo had very specific requirements for the protection of common elements when delivering the material and installing the floor. eFloor made every effort to comply with the requirements. The delivery without an elevator meant the crew had to haul 35 carton (80 lbs each) up the outside steps and then up a flight of stairs, all with no parking available near the front door. They did it to our amazement. Then the installers tried to remove the old hardwood only to find that to be impossible due to the initial construction methods used when the building was converted to condos and the way the old flooring was installed. So they then installed the new floor over the old, cut all doors and door frame to accommodate and worked around hot water rads that stood on the floor, installed reducers to the bathroom tile and fireplace and installed new stair nose plates and trim to match our kitchen to make it all look great in the end. Normally eFlorr suggests that the customer keep any unused material for potential repairs in the future. in our case there were 2 cases plus remaining. However, we have very limited storage options in a condo so they agreed to us keeping only one carton and returned another for credit against their normal policy. All in all I would highly recommend eFloor to anyone without reservation
D	Dan Shallow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a contractor for a large well reviewed, and established company. I only say this to note this is not my first rodeo. I will never, ever, refer this company or use this company again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had a home owner call to ask a very simple question, I did not receive the answear I expected, so I called to clarify, just to make sure my client (who is not in the trade) did not just have a simple misunderstanding. The gentleman who answered the phone had an attitude before I even said hello back. I asked the simple question to confirm what the home owner asked and he gave me a snotty obvious answear, I let him know how I felt about is answear and his attitude, I told him I just wanted to clarify what the home owner told me so we didn’t have broken telephone. He decided to yell “learn to do your job” several times and hang up the phone like a child. I don’t loose my temper often, but with people like that it’s inevitable. If this is his response for a simple clarification I can only imagine how he would treat a customer that had an actual issue. For anyone curious about my question. I was simply asking the band name of the floor so I could contact that brand for a stain colour, I can easily have a match made but the actual colour or stain is the preferred route when possible. This is not an offside question, most flooring suppliers carry several different brands. I was just calling to confirm it was the brand name was “Efloor” And not a brand sold through “Efloor”
S	Stacie Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scolded via voicemail by Joan who works here, and was told that what I did “was not right, was wasting everybody’s time, and to stop calling other people”. What happened was that I was looking for a specific laminate sample to replace a small, damaged piece in my condo. I originally contacted the manufacturer, who told me that since the sample was no longer available on their website, I would have to contact dealers in my area. So that is what I did. I ended up calling three stores to see if it was available, the first of which was eFloor. Joan said that she would have to speak to her colleague and would get back to me. The third person I spoke to was able to confirm quickly that the sample laminate was available for pick up at the manufacturer’s warehouse. I did not think it was immoral to call more than one store when looking for a product. As a layperson, I am not aware of sourcing procedures. You can bet that I will recommend the other stores because of good customer service, despite them not making any money from this transaction.

Kevin was most helpful with suggestions, prices, and letting samples be taken home in order to view them onsite. Person who came to measure, who installed the materials were very professional, work was beautifully completed, there was attention to detail ( i.e. placement under a door, placement adjacent to a floor in another room) and any debris was cleaned up. Extremely pleased with the service and workmanship. Thanks.

We were building a new home and searched for a long time to find the right product for us. We had high expectations and he fulfilled them. Overall, a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend them (and especially Aaron) for future jobs.
