They will not give you a specific deadline for installation, will just keep saying “our technicians will be on site next week for installation”, but next week never comes due to all sorts of reasons. Be careful when purchasing from them and DO NOT pay in full in advance because you will have no leverage and they will just keep taking you on a ride. Update 15 October 2020: The owner of the company Louise Borins has specifically DENIED to service the fireplaces at our residence bought from them, UNLESS I DELETE THE ORIGINAL REVIEW. His team does not pick up or return calls for service requests either. With winter setting in, they are blackmailing customers like this and leaving us without a functioning fireplace. If you want a 5-star review then prove it with your service! Not by blackmailing us to delete first then provide the service later. Hard to believe manufacturers trust a company like this to sell their branded products. Totally unprofessional and unethical, I guess this mentality comes from the top down.

I have done fireplaces with other companies before but never have they been this good. The results are fabulous! They have unbelievable integrity in the final results of their delivery and are true design professionals. Absolutely brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to build something special.

They are outstanding in their design creativity, and their ability to build and deliver a perfect product. They have some of the best people I have had the pleasure of working with and their craftsmanship is some of the best I’ve ever seen. I have a home in Florida and London and I have not seen better anywhere. They are very professional in the care they take to install stone and you can see the passion they have when you watch them work in your home. I have come to know several of the men over the years who are career craftsmen and I very highly recommend this company and the people in it.

I was looking for a contemporary design and I am thrilled with the results. The finished product is not only stunning but original and blends perfectly with the other features of the house. This company was highly recommended to me by 2 friends and Igne Ferro definitely offers a superior product and met all of my expectations.

They then cleaned out the black dirt and replaced the hearth. They also replaced the log set and starter. They promised me this would be completed for Christmas and they did not disappoint. Every employee that entered my home was professional, trustworthy, and left my home spotless. They covered everything so as not to damage or dirty my furniture in the room. I highly recommend Igne Ferro for all of your fireplace needs s We are thrilled with their work!

We tried to do the fireplace ourselves (due to price) and ended up coming back to Igne Ferro and their amazing team. We would have saved money had we started with them. They are not cheap but, you get what you pay for. We are absolutely thrilled with the work - it is perfect. Highly recommend them.
