Very friendly staff. They worked tirelessly for hours on end and still apologized for the wait times. It was not their fault people had to wait a long time, most of us went there at the last minute. Still they made us feel welcome instead of saying if you didn't want to wait, you should come early etc.. I hope their efforts are appreciated and they get good compliments by everyone

The service centre is all new and fabulous. It has new self serve systems. The trouble is there aren't good explanations of where you should be for what. I got a ticket that literally said "0 people waiting ahead of you." Yet I waited 45 minutes while people who arrived after me, got called up to a window. A better explanation would certainly have helped my frustration.

Great customer service at counter A. The overall process to get a business licence is abit weird. You go to B, then A, then C to pay then back to A. Make sure you remember your ticket number from self kiosk check in. Early morning was not busy. Never been here before, thanks for friendly service!

The second floor is very organized and the information desk attendant was very helpful! The ticket number announcing system is automated, but it is not overbearing. There is plenty of seats in the waiting area, and it is very clean and well lit. There is a complimentary water cooler and cup holders on the armrests of the chairs.

The building is very nice and staff are generally friendly but the system itself is overly complicated. I'm glad they built a nice facility for the city but I wish they used more of the resources in streamlining the customer experience. You land up waiting hours for very straightforward things and information is conveyed poorly.

Visited to get my ETS pass in the afternoon to avoid the lunch rush. Saw the 30+ people ahead of me waiting and walked out. I don't got all afternoon to wait. I'm going to get my ETS pass elsewhere. At the new Service Centre there are No stanchions, No proper queue, No organization. The kiosks should be the first thing you see as you get off the escalator, not around the corner on the left. The staff there don't welcome newcomers to explain things. After coming down from the escalator, I helped someone onto the elevator because he had no direction as to where to go. The Service Centre is better off being on the main level. Fix this! #YEGDTFail #IceDistrictFail

They do nothing!. They themselves are incompetent. We were billed for the sidewalk (ice cleaning), although it was cleaned as much as possible, but they thought that 1 cm, the remaining sidewalk was not removed, but manually it could not be removed, as the sewer was covered with ice to a height of 1 m, which they they piled up when they were cleaning the road, it was impossible to split it, when they came to clean the sewer they didn't clean it and for some reason they sent the bill. How can you make money for unfinished business?
