★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my marriage certificate on Jan 29, a month later it didn’t arrive so they made me sign an affidavit satiating that I didn’t get it and they could re-issue it. Now March 7 I received an envelope from vital stats but instead of it containing my document it as someone else’s birth certificate in it. That’s right addressed to me with a strangers personal information inside. We’re is my certificate and how unprofessional that they would send me someone else’s! Does this mean a stranger has my document?!!!
