He was knowledgeable about a whole range of products in which I was interested, and his demeanor was consistently patient, never pushing for the sale. In fact, on the laptop I was most keen to purchase, he immediately dropped the price by $50, then came down another $50 when I informed him that that final price was happened to be all the money I had access to for the day; this was without any bartering or back and forth, he simply gave me an excellent deal to accommodate my needs and allow me to leave happy (with a laptop that was still in the box and currently retailed for over double what I paid!) I am definitely a satisfied and soon to be returning customer. Thanks Michael!
