K	Katherine Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m shocked at the simpleminded security you must have that my girlfriend was told she had to go leave her kubaton keychain in her car yet she is allowed through security with a pair of monkeys fist keychains, no problem, and of course a canister of pepper spray. I wish I could come and do a demonstration for your staff because you obviously have no idea what security is or what it takes to achieve it.

Second time I called, I'm still on the phone and it's been 2 hours 38 mins and no one answers the damn phone. Dont waste time calling this number just go to the building instead....
M	Mike McArt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the 5th time over the past 2 weeks I've called trying to get info. How can phone lines be busy at 08:15 am and on hold even when I call as soon as the phone lines open. Always get cut off after 2-3.5 hours on hold..

M	Mo E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no rewards for good drivers. Should have a better system like if you don't have a ticket in years the next ticket you get is a warning. ANYTHING is better than what we have going on right now. Call them and wait on hold for hours until someone answers you to be rude and not helpful. Staff here is rude and sick of people and their complaints. This system is theft, it generates income that should fix our roads and traffic but its getting worse every year. Brand new cars get destroyed on our streets and our taxes are going where? Probably to corrupt people!
