Took my new dog here on Monday for our first visit. I had read good reviews and spoke to a couple of clients who recommended them. They did not disappoint. We arrived to a very clean, welcoming atmosphere, ready to help us out.. Aneta is a wonderful ambassador for the business - friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog here for her first checkup. Dr. Riz gave me a call shortly after and was very professional and transparent with what all my options were. I can’t recommend Eatonville Animal Hospital enough and look forward to a many years of them taking great care of my four legged friend.

I am shocked by the negligence and lack of care demonstrated by this clinic. I will never recommend this place or bring a pet here again. I brought my cat here because she required a time-sensitive blood test I was unable to get at my clinic. Eatonville had no issues contacting my clinic to get my cat's medical history. After they took her blood, I was told I would receive a phone call with the blood test results within 2 days and that they would forward the results to my clinic. It was more than 2 days and I had not received any results. I phoned Eatonville and when I asked about the results and whether they were sent to my clinic, the assistant responded, "Sorry, but your clinic has to call us if they want her medical history, we don't have their contact information." Excuse me? You mean my clinic you had no problems calling to request my cat's medical history? I'm sure you could have checked your inbox where they forwarded her results days before. Even worse, this clinic only emailed me the blood test results and I never received phone call. Every blood test I have ever paid for was followed up with a veterinarian call to explain the results. I paid the clinic $375, which is more expensive than my clinic, and did not receive a call to explain the blood results. This is not excusable. In addition, the date on the lab results was within 2 days of the blood collection, so why did I not receive them within 2 days? I stressed to the staff there that these results were time-sensitive. My cat was on antibiotics and the results were necessary to determine if she needed another round of them. You would expect that this would mean the results would immediately be shared with my clinic and me. My clinic received these results so late, that there was a break in my cat's antibiotics. This is negligent and a complete lack of care for my pet. My clinic remarked that it's incredibly strange for me to not get a follow up phone call for my cat's results and the need for them to request the results I was told would be forwarded. I previously had a cat with chronic kidney disease and understand the importance of hydration. My cat drinks a lot of water and eats a wet food diet. I told the clinic my cat has kidney disease, and in turn they told me she is extremely dehydrated so they "could not find her veins" and they strongly recommended subcutaneous fluids. I have a lot of experience administering subcutaneous fluids myself. They charged me $90 to administer my about 50 cc of lactated ringers fluid. My clinic charges $30 to administer the fluid. I was buying 1000 cc bags for $4 dollars each for my previous cat. It seems this clinic wanted to upcharge me knowing I was not going to be a regular client. At the end of the visit, all the vet could say to me was, "give your cat fresh water every day." As if I don't already do that? She also told me my cat has tachycardia and didn't take a minute to explain what that means or what the cause is. She brushed over this to tell me to give my cat a lot of water. I know the tachycardia (fast heart rate) was more than likely due to the stress from her visit to this clinic, because my clinic saw her 2 weeks before and her heart was fine. Lastly, my cat came out absolutely trembling and soaked. I've never had my pets given to me looking like this after a visit. Did you spill fluid all over her? I don't understand.

I love this place for the affordable prices they have, but the last time I went there I left with a no desire of coming back. My cat has been going there since he was 2 month old and one thing I noticed since day one is that if you don’t ask questions (ei. Is he ok? Is he too fat? Do I need to change anything on his diet?) they will take the kitten and return it to you without saying a word. It was ok to me because I don’t mind asking questions. But if you want a bit of an natural feedback, this place is not for you. What truly bothered me was the last time I went there. My cat is very loving at home or when we go outdoors but he really doesn’t do well when he sees other cats. So to get started with, this place has other cats, so this is first thing that makes my cat stressed. But as a good β€œmother” I informed the front deck lady about that. When I went to pick him up, both the doctor and the front desk lady were complaining about how β€œterrible” is (because he was very aggressive and stressed) . Turns out that they were not able to deworming him and they gave me the medicine to give him at home. Also, the cat was all pooped out and freaked out. In the carriage. I’m sorry, pets can be aggressive when they are scared and if you don’t treat them nicely, plus they were warned that he doesn’t do well with other cats and they still left the other cats around his carriage. So, I don’t know, as a pet β€œmother” it was a bit of a bad impression for me.

I recently moved to the neighbourhood and realized my cat was already overdue for her annual visit. She is very timid and doesn't travel well so I was looking for a new clinic. The staff was quick to respond to my email and schedule an appointment quickly. Even with covid everything ran smoothly, taking into consideration distancing while still providing effective care. Thank you for such a thorough appointment!

I had an amazing first time experience. Booked my appointment smoothly and very quick. New to the neighbourhood so I thought I’d give it a try. They responded quickly and very friendly. Dropped my cat Naomi for her vaccinations and picked up the with no hassle or bs. Will be returning with our Pug if attention is required in the future. Overall a pleasant experience.

We were greeted by Aneta and the most adorable chatty Bengal cat! They immediately made us feel comfortable. The service was very affordable (the visit was less than $50!) Certainly worth the drive from downtown. The affordable price did not equate to poor quality of care. My little guy was taken care of very well and he had a fun time playing with the other cats. We will certainly be back and will recommend to our other furry friends.

Very personable, and they treat my little husky like gold. Pricing is in line with what it should be, and they have been a pleasure to speak with on the phone whatever I've called. I consider myself very lucky to have found them!
