However, Oksana handled it perfectly and professionally. Communication was consistent, frequent, and clear; Oksana was quick to reply to any questions we had regarding this transaction. We requested to send several letters to the other party's lawyer and this was promptly done by Oksana. Such great service reduced the level of stress with this process and made the transaction go much more easily.

She communicated with us regularly and followed up as necessary. Our bank was very slow to provide paperwork and she was patient and understanding.
Signing the documents was efficient and Oksana explained everything thoroughly.
