Eli is professional, very knowledgeable and I canβt recommend him enough! Excellent customer service!!!

β β β β β I can't comment on the work as no work was performed. My bike was dropped off on Sept 9. The owner told me it would be ready in 2 days. I didn't hear from him for about a week and then when I called I was told another 2 days. This went on and on. On Monday Sept 27 I asked if the bike was ready and he told me that he had some health related issues which was going to further the delay but the bike would be ready in 2 days (wednesday). I heard nothing on Wednesday and decided to drive by on Thurdsay. I showed up and nothing had been done. He told me the bike would be ready in.... 2 days. So I just decided to take my bike and find another place that will service it. It's too bad because finding someone to service ebikes in town is difficult.

Very nice chill vibe and easy to get along with. Fix my bikes and drones. It is primarily a custom EBike shop but canβt fix lots of things including my Drone (Magic Air 2) that is on the counter.

β β β β β Terrible customer service and even worst quality of work. The words incompetent, rude, and fraud in the other reviews here are accurate. Eli, the owner and operator, has a very poor temper and it's only a matter of time before the business closes as he has no idea what he's doing. Beware of the "good" reviews posted here as they're fake ones, especially when you compare them to the real reviews of how the business is so poorly operated by its incompetent owner, Eli.

β β β β β Eli is an incompetent, unprofessional, and rude business owner and operator. I brought my ebike in for repairs by Eli and he had very long delays and tried to charge almost more than double. It's fine for things to take longer and cost more, but this was beyond a reasonable standard. Worst of all, the quality of his work was extremely poor that I had to go to another shop afterward. His attitude could also use some improvement as he was constantly yelling about not making enough money from his shop and how his mother was dying of cancer. It's sad about his family situation, but he shouldn't try to guilt-trip his own customers into paying him more.
