Service technician actually put the phone down on me when I queried why 7 mails sent to an South African International Insurance / Investment group (worth hundreds of Biilions of dollars) were bounced back to me stating it was an illegal domain/host , the same email address from which they allowed emails to be sent to me for the past year.
Eversince Delta Communications sold out to Lee Bragg service has deteriorated.
My suggestion...look at Bell or other companies who are grateful for your business and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible cable company. They are also the only company out there that wont allow your address to be portable. Only reason for that is to try and trap you because of they're deplorable service. Literally any other cable company you have an option of using use them instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. The internet was spotty and slow and when we called they set up an appointment to come to our house and no one showed up, twice! Then when speaking to customer retention they said we didn't call in every time it didn't work so they would only give a $10 credit for 5 days of no internet. Worst service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just switched to Telus after over 15 years with this company. Much faster speeds and cheaper. I'm in disbelief they only offer a top speed of 10mbps upload vs Telus' 940 mbps. Charged me for over a year for a wifi extender that never even got installed. I didn't know what to look for, so I didn't know it wasn't installed. Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Worst experience ever. After over two months of being disconnected every evening until the next morning we eventually lost connection for an entire week. When we called in on a Saturday they said a technician would come out on Monday, that was a no show. They then promised to have a technician out on Wednesday who once again didn't show up. Now someone is supposed to come out on Saturday and we'll see if they show up. To compensate us for all of this inconvenience they offered us less than half a month's credit. What a joke. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save urself the trouble and go with whoever else u can. They are apparently the same as Delta cable so maybe avoid them too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long-term Delta Cable/Eastlink and Customer… this company used to be very good and responsive… Waiting on hold for three or four hours I chose to call back… Need to cancel the phone line but keep my email apparently that is not an option they only have bundles available! And I would happy to pay a fee to keep the email but they have completely lost me as a customer now. Customer service extremely hard to reach with long delays… Still waiting to return my equipment.. Tried to confirm which equipment was theirs…no response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was an Eastlink customer for twenty years. Despite advertising "unlimited data", Eastlink slapped us with a data overage charge last month. After trying to reach them for two days we finally managed to connect, and were told that we were being charged for excess data because our account was so old.
New customers have unlimited data, but we didn't. How's that for rewarding loyalty? Eastlink also declined to reverse the existing data charges although they offered to remove the data cap going forward. How generous is that?
We cancelled our service and have moved to Telus, which provides no data cap and four times the bandwidth (fibre) at the same price we were paying Eastlink before the data charges. A real easy decision.
