This is another shop in Sechelt that I gave a lot of money and business to both the Smoke lord and 420 and they have now both screwed me over as I purchased an over $200 E-Vape it worked fine for about 6 days then it just for no reason stopped heating any of the 3 elements the lights flashed as they were when working so I contacted the Smoke lords store and the lady wouldn’t even let me finish talking to her as I also sent a message to the products customer service in this case Pulsar they are saying for 14 to 20 days it’s responsibility of the retail store but smoke lord hung up on me saying all sales are final and when I purchased the product I made it very clear that I needed a reliable product or at least possible exchange if it doesn’t work out and now they are insisting I have to go to manufacturer and if every electronics store did business that way they would go out of business as dealing with the manufacturer via mail is a long term pain in the but

Very rude. He basically ripped my friends debit card out of her hand during covid while she was trying to pay. He kept rushing us and had an attitude. We weren't being rude at all despite what he says. Clearly we aren't the only ones who think that. He really shouldn't own a business If hes going to treat customers that way. I also asked to look through the shirts and he yelled "NO!" a very rude voice. Theres a 420 hemp shop just down the road and the people there are way nicer. I dont suggest smokelord at all. Also replying to your reviews saying "go to a slave market" is really messed up

I bought a new vape here stopped working next day. I live in Pender Harbour so long drive to bring back. I had to buy the display model of one I didn’t really like. I got it home leaking all over. Another long drive to return it. He showed me why it was leaking & gave me a free bottle of juice for my trouble. Not too bad

I've been coming here once a month and have never experienced any problems. The bad reviews you see are obviously the customer's fault. They are very professional like any other vape store.

VERY RUDE! i see this to be a common theme with the ownwer as i read though these reviews. I went into this shop while staying in the sunshine coast and it started when my friend asked if she could look through the rack of t- shirts and his response was a firm "no" so we continued to shop, i asked to look at the dab matt i was buying and he seemed very annoyed with this and the whole time he was rushing us he would say "can you get what you want and leave" and when proceeding to do so i tried to tap my card and it didnt work he grabbed the card out of my hand (during covid-19 pandemic) and tried to tap it himself, when that didn't work he inserted my card and returned the machine and proceed to repeat "come on go go" rushing me to enter my pin, so i pulled my card out and told him that im not giving my business to someone who treats their customers this way. i have shopped there many times before and spent lots and i can asure you that wont be happening again, unbelievable don't give this man your business (and i was keeping in mind there was a limit of customers aloud so i understand being quick is ideal but we wernt even in there for more then 5 minutes and all customers should be treated with respect) RESPONSE: you say not to touch anyting due to covid which we respect but proceed to grab our card from our hands, get real. Please share what we did in your store? your the owner and your telling your customers "if you are looking for slave servant go to slave market? like so unprofesional! your responses on all your reviews are childish and make you look even worse, do you not see the pattern of bad reviews maybe take a course in customer service before you lose all your customers

Owner is horribly rude every time I go in. I usually stock up and spend a decent amount of money. Last time I went i bought a spare vape battery. When it stopped working less than two weeks later i brought it back to exchange. The owner yelled at me saying "this is the last time" and slammed a new one on the counter and said they are disposable. I have had one of the same that lasted over a year. He does not stand by his product and is very rude.. Wont be going back or recommending this place anymore. Which is too bad because he has a great selection. Had receipt but didnt ask for one so I never provided it. In fact it is still in my purse!

Terrible staff, they always seem high, have 0 knowledge and are extremely unhelpful. Sad that this is are only vape shop option in sechelt otherwise I would never support this business
