★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cuban from this place just to check it out and see the quality I was getting for a 13 dollar romeo y Juieta, not really my choice of cigar, but I was seeing if I could come here for cigars.
The display is opened and the first thing I'm wondering is what kind of humidifier system can be in here? To my amazment there is one... and its one of those $44.99 vicks warm mist humidifier units from wal mart.
My biggest mistake happened after... I made the mistake of purchasing an old romeo y Julieta that came up to 13 dollars.
I arrive to my home, cut the tip with my personalized cutters that have sliced through some of the guttiest cigars ever rolled, and the cigar crumbles like dried apple pie.
The service is decent, but the cigars aren't. Feel free to come for your other convenience store needs as prices are fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy their cigars. bought 3 cigars from them. all big names ive bought before, CAO, Joya de Nicaragua, and my father cigars. all in the $15-$20 range. 2 out of the 3 cigars were plugged, nearly got a headache just trying to get any smoke out of them. on top of that they only take cash and debit, which isnt the end of the world, just an inconvenience. do not come here if if you dont know what your looking for, the employees dont know cigars even by brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy working here is a so ridicously incompetent I went to pick up a package he couldn't find it tells me to wait on the side. Takes customer after customer yet he can't fulfill people's inquiries properly doesn't know what he is doing and is so lazy and slow. I couldn't believe it he refused to look properly just kept saying it's not here without looking thoroughly amongst the packages. I had to go back waste my time only for manager to not to be there and find out he refuse my package!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is in regards to the UPS Service that this place offers. TLDR: AVOID AT ALL COST!! This place is just horrible and service is just as bad. I had to ship a box and the guy working there started telling me it will take 2 weeks for it to be picked up by UPS due to covid!! Which makes no sense because its an essential service. I looked past the outrageous claim and said fine will ship it. I ask for TAPE to seal the box and label and the guy refused asking me to buy off the shelves!!! I have never been asked to pay for tape to seal a box at any shipping place but this guy had the audacity to ask for it. Like if you don’t want to process UPS shipments just close your access point and sell whatever else you have in store!! My advice is if you need to ship out anything go to the ACTUAL ups store down on Hurontario, and if you have to pick up a shipment, good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greedy new owners. Tried to charge $2.30 for an Arizona tea that says 99 cents written on the can. The owner tried to tell me that it's because that price was in "USD". $2.30 is no where near the conversion rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pretty disgusted. I wanted to buy an ice cream and when I saw the cooler, there was tons of condensation (water) on the freezer glass. I asked the new owner of 2 years if the ice cream was fresh, he said the freezer wasn't working properly, he called someone to come and fix it, so "it wasn't his problem". I told him people will become ill if they eat any of these as they were all soggy and melting, again he said it wasn't his problem! What is wrong with people, I don't get it. Stay away from this store....Please.
