★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called during the busiest weekend (Valentine’s day!) to have same-day sympathy flowers sent. The person on the phone was helpful and accommodating (I told her my budget, what kind of arrangement I wanted - vase; roses; carnations). She even managed to go the extra mile and send me a picture of the arrangement (I wanted to see what they would look like) before delivery upon request. Although a little on the pricier side, I think it is worth it for the money to support local florists. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers picked are good value for the price paid. If ever I need to send flowers in the Mississauga area again, I will for sure call here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I adored my flowers from Flower Parade, they were arcadian to the scent. Beautiful the second I received them and came in sublime wrapping. Long-lasting flowers and great customer service. Exceeded expectations and no delivery is a delivery too far. Would recommend for any event.

I contacted them and they were quick to resolve the issue. Great customer service!! I would definitely recommend using this company for flowers, they offer stunning arrangements and stand behind their product.

It was such a pleasure to deal with their staff, they have top customer service and such a great and large product selection. Definitely recommend trying them out!
