One time we had a mixup with the order but Sheila went out of her way to do make things right and send us another arrangement. Thank you for your outstanding customer service Carisma!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had chosen a customized bouquet from Carisma Florists. Selected chrysanthemum, white lily, carnations, roses, which appeared fresh with full blooms. The staff wrapped up my flowers with care and made it look great with baby's breath and greens. I liked that there was a damp green sponge at the bottom of the stems to keep the flowers fresh for the day. Service was efficient, and they answered all my questions over the phone and in person. Will come back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to place orders for my aunts funeral and spoke to a lovely lady Emiy. She was very pleasant, helpful and so patient. All 3 of our arrangements were absolutely gorgeous.
Thank you for your help in making our orders quick and easy.
We will definitely be coming back to Carisma for our future orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I ordered a “sympathy” arrangement for a friend who lost a loved one… Carisma Florists was able to complete a beautiful arrangement and delivery within two hours of my phone call. I received a thank you note from my friend who said the flowers were fresh and beautiful and definitely put a big smile on her face… Thank you Carisma for being so wonderful today and providing first class service. I’m so happy I now have a go-to florist! Looking forward to ordering my wedding floral arrangements with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to send a floral arrangement to my sister in law who was feeling overwhelmed. I called Carisma late afternoon asking them to put together an arrangement using pink flowers.
Not only did they accept the order knowing what I had in mind, they delivered it that same day! My sister in law was so happy with the beauty of the arrangement and sent me pictures. Carisma knew what I wanted and provided great service and a great product! I will continue to use them and refer them every chance I get. THANK YOU Carisma!

Not sure if they changed ownership but very disappointed. I used them this week after having many beautiful arrangements from them over the years. I ordered nearly $600 of funeral arrangements for my fathers service this week. I ordered a week in advance and paid in full.
At 4:00pm the day before the service they call and tell me they don’t have the flowers I ordered??? Too late to go elsewhere I had to change to order.
On another arrangement I had ordered a floral wreath for an urn…something shown on their website. When it arrived, it was a large cemetery wreath way to big for its intended purpose????
The third arrangement is wilted today (the service was yesterday) and will be full dead by the weekend.
Very embarrassed and dissatisfied! My fathers funeral was the most important event to have beautiful flowers and I clearly trusted the wrong florist. This is the last time I will ever use or recommend Charisma Florist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy with how easy and quick it was to order online. This was my first time ordering flowering to be delivered. I checked out other websites but the price and delivery was more expensive and the bouquets weren’t as nice. Carisma had much better selection and I absolutely loved the wooden rectangular box instead of the vase! I hadn’t seen any other companies that offers this unique look. I ordered the “better” option hoping it would be large enough, and it was definitely large enough! Super beautiful and just as pictured in the photo! I ordered next day delivery and received an email confirmation when it was delivered. Totally happy with Carisma and will definitely use them in the future!
