โ โ โ โ โ This is just for the burnhamthorpe location. Chatime makes amazing drinks, but this location does not pay attention to drink orders. My Teapresso (no milk) is routinely made with milk. If I buy in store, and when they had clear cups, I could see this and request they fix it. If it has been delivered, or now with the paper cups, I either don't see right away there is milk, or can't do anything because it has been delivered.
Please pay attention, it's not just a personal choice, it's a food sensitivity. I am lucky my reaction is not severe, but other people can have severe reactions.

โ โ โ โ โ Yummy bubble teas. FYI if you make an app order for ASAP pickup, itโs usually available much later than ordering in. However you can call and ask to see if they can make it earlier. It wasnโt too busy so they made it right away instead of 30mins scheduled on app

โ โ โ โ โ This is a great place. They have many different types of drinks, which has an awesome selection. I like the drinks, and the flavours, but sometimes they feel to bland. I usually get 50% less sugar, but itโs still pretty sweet which they should work on as it drys my throat. Other than that itโs 5 stars, but the blandness and the sugar quantity lowers my review.

โ โ โ โ โ Boba (Bubble) Tee. I can't enjoy it. The "bubbles" always taste gross, like bland and chewy dough. Is this how it is supposed to be or am I just getting bad bubbles?
Having had it multiple times in different flavours, I can't seem to find the "bubbles" any good. I enjoy the "tea" part a lot as all the flavors I've tried are awesome.
Is there a secret to this tea that makes the "bubbles" enjoyable?

โ โ โ โ โ The staff seem like they have a hard time taking orders and the drinks I get here always taste different then when I order it at other locations.
I recently ordered a taro smoothie and they hardly gave me any drink? It's good to get more toppings but there's no point if my drink isn't even cold because there's no drink? I always get the same sugar level but this time it tasted super bland, like they forgot to put sugar. I also heard you're supposed to put grass jelly at the bottom of crystal boba from another location...

โ โ โ โ โ Order pick up through the app at this location 2 weeks ago and one of my drink is missing a topping. The staff didn't even let me know at time to pick up nor apologize for not having the topping I ordered. On the other hand, I couldn't believe how horrible Chatime customer service has turned into! So long Chatime

โ โ โ โ โ Long line, charge .15 bag. I notice the staff made a few error in the drinks that we had to wait longer for our order. I recommend always check your order before leaving.
