Unfortunately I have no choice but to leave bad review for this place. Customer service is horrible. Ordered shaved ice to go and waited 30 mins for my order. To my surprise they literally packed a slurpie for me with a small cup of ice cream scoop on the side. This was super disappointing for my kids and family! I’ve had many shaved ice/ bingsoo in my life so I knew I got scammed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There’s very limited seating and the place is so dark and dull. People working there are not very helpful and you will have to wait for your order even if there’s no one there. Definitely never going back!

Underwhelmed with the service I got today at this Sugar Marmalade location. Service was very long considering the lack of customers within the restaurant. Not a fan of the online order placement as well. The website was unnecessary, especially when the staff was visibly free. However, with all my complaints about the service, I have none about the food itself. The black sesame egg waffle tasted amazing!

The perfect place for desert no matter what the occasion is. Have the waffle bread for a wholesome classic pacific mall classic dressed to impress or just have some of the fresh chopped strawberry ice cream made in house for a fruity good time.

We went on a Thursday night and it was pretty busy with only 1 waiter servicing multiple tables and managing delivery orders. This is a great place for couples and friends. The wait times can vary, considering how there is limited staff. We got the strawberry shaved ice with with taro and mochi add-ons which was super refreshing! We also tried the matcha egg waffle - it was good but I think we would prefer to order it without the condensed milk next time since it was too sweet.

Me and my friends come to this place at least once a month (sometimes even more)! It’s our go to place to go to for affordable yet amazing food! My go to if I’m not particularly very very hungry is the the Japanese Popcorn Chicken because it never disappoints! If you’re feeling very hungry the ones I recommend are the Cheesy Baked: Creamy Pork Cutlet, Baked Tangy Tomato Pork Cutlet, and Japanese Curry Pork Cutlet. It doesn’t matter if you get pork or chicken, we just prefer pork more! DO NOT GET: the cheesy baked black pepper if you want a significant amount of black pepper the whole time you’re eating. For dessert our favorite is the Mango Roll Supreme (we get this everytime). If you want to share dessert with your friends I recommend any of the egg waffles! Can’t go wrong with those!

I wanted to try something different. This is very different from the regular desert joints. I got the Golden Saga Mixed and Mango Custard Sweet Dumplings. My favourite was the Golden Saga mixed. It was a combination of mango juice with tapioca. But I enjoyed the way I combined these two desserts. What I did was, I took out the dumpling from the Mango custard dumpling and dipped it into the Saga mango. Trust me you guys will love this combination. This definitely makes me curious to try the other menu items.

Thought of having a dessert after our dinner at home. Came to this place and found that it has limited space. We don't mind waiting as we have the time. While waiting, we noticed that many tables were not served. Many came in a group and only one or two orders came faster than the others. Due to the many varieties and options, and lack of servers, customers have to wait. Once seated, we quickly ordered the easiest dessert to avoid wait time again. The black glutinous rice and sea coconut dessert was served warm and nice to my liking. The fresh mango and sago with coconut milk was served cold. The setback was that there were a few miserable cubes of mango only. A bit pricey for a simple, small bowl but refreshing taste of desserts.
