โ โ โ โ โ What an experience! We ate on the last day of Ramadan at thier buffet and everything from the fresh food, incredible customer service, efficient workforce and ambience was a breath of fresh air. I haven't had an experience like this in all of the GTA. Beyond Impressed!

โ โ โ โ โ This is a very good restaurant, itโs pretty and authentic. Itโs gets very busy!! So the seating can quickly become limiting and the place can become super busy
Itโs an authentic place, the shisha is good and itโs pretty clean there.

โ โ โ โ โ Love the traditional vibez ?? Food at the buffet was amazing for Ramadan. There was all kinds of meat for everyone. Shisha was fire? The Petra Mix and blueberry mint were the best flavors? definitely recommend for family event. The servers were always coming by checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. There was someone coming by changing our charcoal and shisha head when needed. Overall an amazing experience and the live music was enjoyable after our Iftar meal ?โค๏ธ Loved the vibez! definitely coming back!

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely tasteless and some items are so salty. Terrible service. We received drinks after food was done and the straw for the drink, 20min after. I would give it 0 star, if there was an option. There are better places to spend your time and money. Extremely disappointed. Definitely do not recommend this place. Their choice of live music is so dull.

โ โ โ โ โ They've had new ownership recently, and it shows! One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long while.
Our group of friends ordered drinks that we didn't like - the owner offered to replace them free of cost to anything on the menu + gave us free dessert to make up for it! The rest of the meal service was incredible as well.
The menu has also improved. I would give the food a solid 8/10.
The new ownership clearly cares for the customer experience. Highly recommend going here.

โ โ โ โ โ Did I say best customer service ? Well the best customer service by far in Mississauga. The owner is very friendly and makes sure you are taken care for !
The food was really good. We tired the hummus with meat. I donโt remember the name but it was GOOD.
Would definitely recommend having Kofta with Tahini.
Oh and they have the best fluffy bread or naan. They serve it fresh and HOT.
They have live music that starts at 9pm.
Also the owner went out of his way to get us something and everyone should know. We ordered Turkish coffee, and as we all know itโs toooo bitter, so we had asked for something sweet on the side. The owner got cookies for everyone (a group of 10). Plus he gave us a packet of cookies to take home with us, worth 25$ I believe.
I would definitely keep coming here for food, customer service and ambience.

โ โ โ โ โ As someone who has been to Petra before and now after the pandemic, there have been significant changes. My impression of Petra before wasnโt necessarily the best, but since the kitchen and management staff changed they improved tremendously. For starters, their staff was extremely friendly and welcoming when I came in, and treated my guests and I with extreme courtesy. We even received a complimentary tabouleh on the house for the food wait (which wasnโt long). The appetizers we ordered were delicious, top quality. Both hummus and mutabbal were fresh and quite tasty. The main plates of fried fish and salmon were good, but my advice is to focus on Arab plates, which is what they do better. Overall my experience was satisfying and pleasant.
Something to keep in mind, is that I wasnโt present during an event or during the night time.
