★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in a few weeks ago, Walter was very helpful to me especially since I'm not a cigar aficionado. I told him that I wanted to try Nicaraguan and he suggested a nice Carillo Elite New Wave Connecticut, and a very exceptional A Roma. I will definitely go back Walter's prices are competitive, and he has a wealth of cigar knowledge. The only downside is I wish he was open until 7 instead of 6. Thanks again Walter !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walter went above and beyond with an order I placed for my daughter and my son in law’s birthday. Although, I myself don’t know anything about cigars, Walter knew exactly what they would like and enjoy.

The guy working when I went didn't even acknowledge me (probably because Im in my mid 20s) and told me I couldn't go inside the humidor after asking even though I knew what I wanted to buy. Go to cigar place and gift up the street. Much better service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a Saturday afternoon. Door was locked, and a note posted on the door said it would close early today. Call me crazy, but putting a note on the door doesn't do me any good. Post this info online, so customers don't waste time in heavy traffic in that area only to be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well for sure he's got a great selection of cigars and of great quality too. Only thing that got me was the fact that he was super selective on who he lets into his store. On the website it mentions in store shopping. But for some reason a gentleman before me was allowed in and a gentleman after me.
Never the less great cigars terrible costumer service
