If this is the owner reading this can you make it a new rule that they put extra sauce in the chicken tetrazzini automatically because whenever I get it the sauce soaks up by the time I get home if it's for takeout and it's completely bland, so I'm always having to ask for extra sauce but I shouldn't have to pay for extra sauce there should just be enough sauce on it. Other than that though this location has really good food and quick service A++
S	Sara van Riel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My server was Lyanne, and to be fair my friend said she has had her service during the day and she is great - so I am open to personal issues potentially being the problem. That being said, our service was not what I am used to. She didn’t crack a smile the whole time and we are a very playful group. She also seemed very unimpressed by every request that we had whether it be cheese, napkins, boxes or the bill..: all of which are to be expected. I hope she can pull it together? I assure you that her tip would reflect it.

Not to mention they are one of the few restaurants I have been to where the butter that they bring with the bread is at room temperature and is easily spreadable. For me this is a game-changer because when you have a nice warm slice of bread and it tears when you put on the rock hard butter it loses its appeal. East Side Marios has got this right down to a science!

Not only did they keep their calm, they were very attentive, friendly and we got our food extremely fast, hot, and amazing as always. The waitresses and staff there are incredible and should be commended. I highly recommend ? ☺️
O	Olivia Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, very friendly. The waitress was well-informed about food needs and made several great suggestions for us to choose for our celiac family members. They had no business cooking shrimp that well. Everything was really delicious. Also, it's really nice to have a server ignore you BECAUSE they are invested in making the experience great for your child too. We got to eat in peace, and our child had more than enough attention to occupy him. We had no expectations for her during lunch rush, but she was incredibly attentive to our family (and each other table she served). We will definitely eat here again.

The ultimate Canadian pizza was under cooked, and mostly sauce, very little toppings, and mushrooms were only thin slices or pieces and not button mushrooms. Rest of the order was OK, but not as good as dine in at other locations. Pictures show what you actually get compared to what is promised on the website.
