★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently getting my simple order wrong and can never properly cook anything. I used to go here all the time but now everything is undercooked and the staff can't follow simple directions. Don't work customer service if you can't follow what the customer wants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nastiest food I’ve ever gotten. Ordered chicken nuggets, ceasar salad, & Buffalo chicken poutine. All food was cold and tasted like it sat for hours. The nuggets were stale, cold & made me sick. They didn’t give me the right salad & the lettuce was wilted so I didn’t eat it. the poutine was so bad I just threw it out. Ever since they updated the outside of the store they’ve been just terrible. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want to get food poisoning. Sad because I used to love Harvey’s, now they’re trash

Order must've been sitting for a while as it arrived stone cold and was not very good. The restaurant is about 1km from my place , very unlikely it was because of the driver.
I ordered two kids meals, and was missing one fry and the two toys. I tried calling the restaurant twice, left it ring until someone picked up and hung up on me.
Doordash's customer service is better as they helped me right away. Not impressed with that location.

Asked for extra tomatoes and pickles. Got 1 of each
Asked for ketchup Mustard and Tzatziki Got almost none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier at the window was rude, instantly upset as we drove up to the window. We saw her doing the same thing with two cars that came after us. Also forgot the kids toys. Poutine was ok but almost no buffalo sauce.
