★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service and poor quality of work. The pipes on my sprinkler system were exposed. They did not come to fix it after multiple requests.
I had to call another company to fix this.

My neighbour Brenda recommended them as she had a good experience with them installing her garden lighting. They were fair with the pricing, professional and left my yard tidy after each day of work. I would highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review on Dynasty Irrigation is so far 4 stars based on experiences I had for my sprinkler system as well as for my parents’ residential sprinkler systems.
We retained their services when my parents first installed the sprinkler system at their home. We met the workers and they were very friendly and nice. Installation was completed in time and was reasonably priced.
When we notified them of a burst pipe at my parents’ home for the sprinklers, the response was very swift and professional. Very apologetic response from the owner and no extra charge on fixing.
From this good experience we decided to get a sprinkler system installed as well. Once again the installation was a breeze and cost was within a good budget.
However when it came to maintenance/winterizing of the sprinklers 2 years ago, I believe they were severely understaffed at one point that we were getting frustrated for not getting a response on when they were coming to do the maintenance.
We ended up sending an email complaining the lack of response and that we no longer wanted to schedule the maintenance. We did get a simple acknowledgement from the owner but then to our surprise we had a service person come and do the maintenance later that day.
The service rep apologized and explained that he never got the memo that we cancelled but we were not charged either.
To be fair that was the only time we were not happy with their service but overall the quality of work was good and the workers/service reps are knowledgeable and friendly
