I am always scared of blood work but I am amazed how the right person can make the experience quite pleasant. Thank you so much Sharmin and I hope to see you again. Very professional and understanding.

As always, the wait time for these places usually is dependant on patient volume. This was fine. They’re always as fast as they can be. I’m really reviewing this place to say thank you to Sharmin who works here. I have always had trouble with people getting blood from veins, literally my whole entire life, and usually techs, doctors, nurses etc always have to take the blood from my hands after a lot of effort and trying. I warned Sharmin of this, she listened and was attentive and patient, but she took care and managed to get blood right away from my arm, with no pains, no hassle. I was genuinely shocked, because it has never been so easy. I’ve always been told I’m a slow bleeder, and the time before it took 45 minutes of someone trying before we got blood to use in tests. Sharmin was absolutely amazing. And I really hope to see her next time I need bloods drawn. Very professional.

This place is a serious tire fire and needs a management review immediately. Over 2 hours to get some blood drawn. Absolutely awful. Staff are as angry as we are on how things are run.

Thankful for Noreen's patience, I have terrible veins and I get very light headed after blood exams so I made sure to mention my concerns from the start. Noreen went out of her way to make sure that I was well taken care of with these concerns in mind. She made me feel comfortable, did not rush me or make me feel like I was making her job difficult. She spent a good 40 mins trying her best to take my blood without hurting me while also making sure I had time to rest between each different step. I was fairly dehydrated to begin with coming in to my appointment which made things a lot more difficult. Overall, I am super thankful, she was trying every method from checking every other place other then my hand to placing warm water filled gloves on my veins to help with the process. I very frequently go for blood tests however I have very rarely seen someone with so much patience and care for humanity. I truly am thankful and am very happy with their new staff. From all of my past five years of experience this Dynalife in particular stands out to me, thank you for all that you guys do.

The staff there are patient. The medical staff/nurse who helped me today for the blood test called Sheila was very professional. I used to have bruise after the blood work, but not this time. Sheila was also very kind to explain how to collect specimen for the lab. There is one thing that can't let me give this lab a 5 stars. There is always a long line up there. You'd better book an appointment if necessary. And the lab is too small to let patients wait inside when it is freezing cold out there and you are driving there.

Came to this location, as instructed by my specialist, to drop off a "sample" for testing (post vasectomy). 20 people in line (10 of which were outside of the building)...I didn't actually have to see anyone or do anything, just needed to drop the sample off (which included all of my already populated "general laboratory requisition". *Person at the counter - "you have to wait in line" *Me - Why? I was told to just drop this off... *"Sorry, wait in line.." Either way (whether I was wrong or he/she at the counter was a tad unnecessarily dismissive...I feel like this procedure or process could be improved.

Booked an appointment for 1.20pm. Got called at 1.30 and got free by 1.50pm. The walk-in wait times were over one hour though. The person who took my tests was professional and efficient. There was no bruising and she explained everything clearly. The place is clean and there is sufficient parking in the plaza. The seating inside is limited. One star less because there are very few DynaLife labs especially if the entire population of Alberta is dependent on them. I did book online but the date I got was weeks later.

The best bet here is to book an appointment before going or else, you will have to wait for a long time before being attended to. There is a lot of parking space available at this location, although it can also be busy of the other stores have a number of people visiting at the same time. You are still mandated to use face masks here though.
