★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing auctions with fantastic pieces. The team were so helpful during the viewing sessions, that I was able to get more information for the pieces that I wanted. They also recommended similar pieces that was more for my liking and tastes.
Cliff and Karen have immaculate style. They offered such great advice that I was able to expand the selection of my LOTS.
I am so happy with my success of my bids on th last auction, I can not wait fo the next one!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loaded my truck and drove 4 hrs away to meet with mr dupuis to have him look at a very valuable gem and help possibly lead me in the right direction on how to go abouts selling and authenticating it only to be snubbed. Not much help guess ill have to do more homework to help myself mr.dupuis ?? #Ruby#

The staff are extremely helpful and responsive in sending further information on auction items and in answering questions on things like the buyer's premium and taxes for out-of-province buyers. I won an item last auction and received it 2 days after I won it, in a different province. I was amazed by their speed and excellent service. The item was well-packaged and the shipping was very reasonable considering that it was fully insured. I would do business here again without hesitation especially since they always have very interesting items in their auctions.

Very nice, professional customer service—being in their showroom makes you feel so special! Bidding/purchasing is a very easy experience and their staff is happy to help if you have questions. I can't say enough good things about this place.
