I have used them on several occasions for appraisals for our corporate purpose in which they have been able to complete the projects quickly and accurately for us. They are very accommodating to our busy schedule and help keep me accountable to what I need to do for the project to be successful. I have also used them personally for downsizing of my parents estate which was a lot different of a situation from the corporate relationship and they came with instant knowledge but more importantly the care and compassion needed when dealing with a personal collection of memories. They are able to read the situation and offer the best experience, personality and knowledge every time.
