I went to get my jewelry certified and requested them if they could complete the certification by late afternoon as I had to pick my daughter from school and the lady who calls herself the “MANAGER” behaves as if GEMSCAN is the only place on earth where jewelry gets certified. Poor customer service and to top it bad attitude.
