★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited AGL to have my diamond ring appraised today. I am very pleased with my experience. Ben is extremely prompt in responding to emails right from the beginning, and is very accommodating as well. Upon arrival, he asked me why I was bringing my ring in and offered to take a look at the ring and match it with the GIA report (free of charge), instead of me paying to have it appraised! I really appreciate his honesty. I had mentioned in one of my emails that a thread somehow got caught on one of the prongs on the setting, he was kind enough to bring it to the jeweller next door to help me remove it. Ben is extremely qualified and is a Certified Appraisal Professional from the CJA. These reviews aren't too good to be true...and I'm confident that they are all real as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to get my engagement ring appraised for insurance purposes, and after some research, I found Ben from Accurate Gemological Labs. The high rating is well deserved. He was very professional and efficient during the appraisal, and even answered some general questions I sent him via email after the appraisal was finished. I highly recommend Ben! Side note: don't let his age fool you, he's quite experienced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben appraised a diamond ring, for insurance purposes, my husband had custom made for me for our anniversary. According to my husband, Ben was a total delight to do business with. Not only that, due to Ben's extensive knowledge, he was able to advise my husband on how best to go about having a custom ring setting made to match an heirloom band I had from my grandmother. We would not hesitate to contact Ben again in the future for his impeccable customer service. Thanks Ben!
