★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are exceptional in every way possible - designing, services, pricing. I went to Randor based on the reviews I read. I am so glad I decided to go here for my custom engagement ring. Randy and Alpa went above and beyond to help me create my dream ring. They made sure to work within my budget without having to compromise on the design. They were very patient throughout the process as I had no idea about the specifications about the diamond/gold material I wanted and explained everything in such detail. Alpa kept in touch throughout the designing process and made sure each detail was exactly how I wanted it to be. I couldn't be happier with my ring. Will be coming here for all my future jewelry purchases and will refer all my friends and family as well.

5 years ago I was looking for an engagement ring for my (now) wife. Went all around and all over the place. To spare you the boring parts, randy taught us everything about a diamond and, yeah you guessed it, also got the best for the price. Since then we have gone back to randy for other jewelry, and will be my go to. I’ve referred some friends to him, and they all said the same. Randy treated us well.
Randy, I’ll be calling you again, for a 5 year anniversary gift.

The ring that I got was well beyond my expectations and my fiancée loves it! The sparkle in the diamond is amazing! Randy's customer experience was the best that I had, his knowledge on diamonds was incredible and his diamonds/rings were priced very well. I would highly recommend Randor!

Randy was super patient with my fiance and I, educated us on the ins and outs of an engagement ring, super flexible in times, answered many questions that I did have even on holidays!

They are extremely knowledgeable, did an incredible job on my fiancé’s engagement ring and our wedding bands, and worked very hard to finish the rings in time to meet a very tight timeline. We especially appreciated Randy’s honest advice and insight when working with us on the custom ring designs, he gave us some suggestions that we hadn’t originally considered but made the rings even more perfect than what we had envisioned.

Unlike many in the business, he does not oversell and respects the customer's budget and expectations. With his help, I was able to pick my dream diamond. I was a bit nervous about the results not fitting or having any issues. However, I am happy I trusted my gut instinct and was not let down by Randy. The ring came on time, perfectly made, and perfectly fit! It is everything I was hoping for and more! The design is neatly put together. I cannot thank them enough! He helped me find an excellent diamond for an engagement ring at a very good price, thoroughly explaining to me along the way why some diamonds are worth the money vs some are not. He is not pushy at all and he definitely cared for my needs and respected my budget. My fiancée loves the ring, and everyone who sees the ring are highly impressed with it and guesses the diamond to be bigger than it actually is because of its stunning quality and bright shine. A couple of my trusted people who know the details of my purchase were also amazed by the high quality of the diamond relative to its price. Randor also took the time to explain to me how the diamond should be cared for and the need for regular maintenance to ensure that the ring maintains its integrity. 11 out of 10 - in Randor I trust!
