Throughout our decision stage Sergio was quick to respond and easy to deal with as we narrowed down our designs he was very helpful. Our rings turned out beautifully and we are so happy we decided to go to Sergio. If we need any other jewelry in the future we will definitely go back!

Despite being 12,000km away and in the middle of a world wide pandemic, the process was incredibly smooth and uncomplicated. Sergio was so easy to communicate with, he made sure to be completely clear about what I envisioned, he quickly rendered the finished ring exactly how it would look before commencing. He replied immediately and patiently to my many questions. The process from sending the ring from Australia to Canada, designing, making and receiving it back was about 7 weeks and they arrived the day before our anniversary. My rings are gorgeous and more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you Sergio for your incredible customer service and attention to detail. I would give 10 stars if possible!

He even took the time to give the diamonds a clean. The ring looks totally different. It is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Great service and very affordable.

He had the talent and ability to create a masterpiece for me from an idea. I was astounded to see how he took a concept and transformed it into a reality that far exceeded any expectations that I had. His pricing was amazing, the work phenomenal and the product more than outstanding. If you have a need for any piece of jewellery - new, custom, re-design or any other you MUST see Sergio before you make a decision. You will not be disappointed. When I first arrived, he cut my ring right there and then to see if it would be a good fit before putting it together. He resized and cleaned up my engagement ring in less than a day and it’s even more gorgeous than when I first got it! Price was also way beyond reasonable. Excited to work with Sergio more, perhaps for our wedding bands.

I found Orosergio originally because of the five star rating on Google Maps. From my initial email, Sergio was quick to respond and friendly. He answered all of our questions (resizing an engagement ring that was a family heirloom, designing and ordering our wedding rings). My wife LOVES her wedding ring. I am very happy with mine a couple months on. I am not used to shopping for jewelry but Sergio made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. One thing I would point out is to reach out to Sergio to confirm a time before coming to the store in person (there was one time we went in the evening and he and his team had left a bit earlier than the posted office hours).
