Crispy garlic ribs and more meat with the Garlic beef with fresh vegetables.
Looking to try others in the menu next time.

β β β β β I got a dinner for 2 with won ton soup, pork dumplings, and ginger beef. And an extra order of shrimp dumplings.
The won tons and dumplings were great, fresh and juicy too.
I thought the quality was great,
Price was great,
Taste was great,
Value and quantity was great.
I'll be going back again soon.

I can eat Chinese food every day of the week and have tried every Chinese food in lethbridge,coldale,and Taber and surrounding area and have had some great Chinese food. Tonight I can say that the Dumping House is the best I have had in yrs

Very fresh food, and the staff were extremely friendly. Everything I ordered, was very flavorful, and you get a good amount of food for the price. The owner even threw in a few dumplings, so I can try them.

β β β β β Very bland and greasy. I ordered the ginger beef, Szechuan chicken, chicken balls and beef dumplings. The Szechuan chicken was by far the worst item. It was so so greasy and tasted like they had dumped some Frank's red hot on it. The chicken balls were large and were almost all chicken, which is good, but they tasted a lot like cornstarch. They weren't terrible, but I've had a lot better. The beef dumplings were also very greasy and had an overcooked, bland meatball inside (I ended up making my own dumpling sauce as the one that came with it was mostly oil and a bit of vinegar I think). The best item was probably the ginger beef. Although a little bland it wasn't bad. They do give you a lot of food, for your money, however the Szechuan chicken was definitely not worth the 15$ I paid for it. Wouldn't order again unless they change their recipes.
Edit: Forgot to add that I did actually really like the fried rice. It was nice and seasoned and actually wasn't too greasy.
