★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hav been buying shoes ? here since 2015. It’s great ? to shop here. Too many collections, different brands, not too pricey, stuff are always so helpful. no tension for parking. I highly recommend DSW To all the people out there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store, has many unique brands including Cole Haan and Bull Boxer. If you are into shoes, must visit. Back left corner of the store has deep discounted pricing. Some of their regular priced shoe have markdowns for additional savings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff need more training at this locations. Since it is close to me I usually like picking up my seasonal & travel gear. As a regular i usually opt to help myself since since a few of the staff here are unhelpful in a rude way. My last experience wanting to buy something i walked out empty handed as the workers there "Ida" and "Nube" were talking and seemed bothered as I ask for help. I didnt get what I wanted and got turned off. They were more earger for me to get on with it so they can go back to giggling and laughing while they hung out and talked with each other. This especially sucks for me since i try my best to help myself as Nube has shown me that i am bothering her serval times before. when I do walk in to help myself i am follwed around and watched the whole time in the store since im focused and looking around for the right items to make my purchase. I feel targeted and harassed at these times and thats when they prefer to approach me as if i am stealing but truthfully i really am just looking to make purchases and uncomfortable to ask and it may seem im so Concentrated on the items when i am just trying to help myself find what i am looking for. It definately deters me from wanting to buy and this last experience today was my last straw i decided to leave what i came in to buy just because of the treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to the store to get hiking shoes. We had 3 staff following us around at all times, they were even taking to each other through their microphone to keep an eye on us. We spent around$250 at the store and we do all our shoe shopping at DSW, this is the first time we had this experience. I got a panic attack immediately after leaving the store, I kept asking myself why is is it because of our race, the way we look or dress. We have never been treated this way at stores we have been to. I understand wanting to keep an eye on the inventory, but they don't need to follow us and make us uncomfortable, isn't this what cameras are for. I don't think I can return to the store without getting another anxiety attack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered shoes online for pick up 4-7 business days, I received a call that my order is ready, I came to the store to pick up the item, the lady asked my name and she can’t find my order she did ask me if I ordered it from The Shoe Company ? my answer is no, she said that she will give me a call before the week ends, (I guess she just doesn’t want to waste time to look for my package) week passed by I did not even receive any call from them, been waiting for more than 15 days so I decided to go to the store and ask about my order and yes I got it.
I opened the package and look what I saw ?
I’m so disappointed!! Fyi, this is a Christmas gift ?
This is my worst retail experience from any store
