★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pellet stove repair/maintenance - today Adrian and Josh came to my home and did a thorough troubleshooting/service/cleaning of my pellet insert. They arrived on time and had the stove up and running in little time. They looked after the small details - repainted the back panel, checked the venting on the roof, etc. Then they let the stove run for several minutes to be sure there were no more issues. They were both very polite and left no mess in my home. I had complete confidence in their workmanship and will definitely be calling them for any further maintenance. I will be referring this company to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had had dryer issues for some time, and it turned out our dryer vent was completely blocked where it vents on our roof. Adriaan assured me they climb up on roofs all the time, especially in winter. He and his partner also cleaned two gas fireplaces in our home, and they both look amazing! I figured they would be at our home all afternoon, but they were done within an hour or so. Great service, great speed, reasonable cost, and wonderful gents! We look forward to having them back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh and Adriaan came out for a gas fireplace service and repair.. They fully cleaned our unit , replaced all the glowing embers and also re-painted the interior. They even cleaned the glass ! Diagnostic of our problem was quick and they had to order the part. Was back within a few days to replace the part. Was personable and friendly and professional. At at the very last minute they also replaced our switch with a much better quality one. Their knowledge is excellent. Excellent service and value. I would recommend them highly ! Planning to schedule a dryer vent cleaning with them soon.

We have a really long dryer vent and it is really important that we keep it clean or our dryer will not work. Dryer Vent Cleaning do a great job and probably the best we have ever used. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched the internet for companies to clean my gas fireplace AND dryer vent and based on Google reviews (4.5+ Star ratings)..."Summit Fireplaces" was the WINNER!
Adriaan and Josh arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and efficient. I always appreciated a company that does a little extra; e.g. after cleaning the dryer vent, Adriaan installed the "proper" bracket on the dryer vent hose, Josh showed how to re-light the pilot light on the gas fireplace (a refresher for me); etc. The fireplace looked brand new after the cleaning session (e.g. vacuumed the dust, removed the debris, touchup paint on the scruff marks, cleaned the glass, etc.)!
I would definitely contact Summit Fireplaces again...as they appear to be your "one stop shop" for almost everything; e.g. fireplaces, furnaces, hot water tanks, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adriaan and Josh did an excellent job, on budget and added details I’d never have known if I’d done this job myself (decoupling the heater from ceiling to avoid vibration in the above living space, nice use of bracing to keep heater secure). Professional and highly courteous, these guys are a class act. Very impressed.
