Someone called ahead for him as well to confirm he could, but did not tell him he had to be there before a certin time.. Total horse puckie.. If i could 0 star that ladyi would..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, unorganized staff. They never know how to answer my questions. I've been there 4 times trying to get my license sorted out, and every time there is something they overlooked. One time there is a fee to pay, next time there isn't, and the third visit they don't even know what that fee is. Embarassing.
