Jay was my instructor he was amazing such a friendly person I felt comfortable around him I will be coming back October 2022 again for my G I hope I get Jay again. Thank you again :$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man at the door was nice same with the lady at the counter. I went there for my G test. Instructor very unprofessional.He didn't stop talking about himself the the whole way throughout the test.Telling me how his friend cop closed the rd near by so he could race at a speed of 230km, " for real".He failed me, he mentioned I missed many blind spots check.At the end of the day he was the one making the tablet.Honestly I don't know how he had the time to mark and catch anything when he didn't stop talking for a second.A month later I booked in Oshawa, very professional instructor, very smooth and easy test NONE mistakes, and I PASSED my G:)
Don't waste your time in Belleville. I heard they sometime failed people to get the money :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really nervous for my g2 test but my instructor named Lisa was very nice. She told me what I can correct and some tips on driving. She was very patient with me and understanding the whole time. If you're a nervous person like I am, this is a good place to take your g2. I would reccomend taking one earlier in the morning like I did so the traffic was not too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This very well may be the first review I've ever written - What a terrible experience - stay away from this Belleville drive test location if you don't want to be humiliated and have your day completely ruined by a stranger.
I truly don't remember the name of the examiner, as I don't believe she would even mention that. This individual was extremely rude, unpleasant with very poor customer service skills. She didn't clearly communicate expectations for the ride, she didn't provide a feedback, just walked out of my car after announcing I haven't been able to successfully score with "less than 15 mistakes" - I WAS SHOCKED - The next day, just 17 hours later, I was able to book another session - I PASSED .. of course.. I haven't done anything any different than the previous day.. :) I know we are all allowed to have bad days.. but hey, if you are feeling down, stay the f home and don't go to work. Especially if you are a governmental worker, take a paid vacation day, personal day, sick day.. anything to prevent you from spreading your negative energy, hate towards your job, career. Advice for a new driver: If you get an examiner, who you can tell in the first seconds, this is not where they wanna be, or what they wanna be doing, asked them to bring a colleague instead because let me tell you, your examiner having a bad mood is certainly sufficient enough reason to let them fail you!

Finally discussed about the facts for which more focus is needed. Stuffs were friendly and welcoming in the centre too. I really appreciate the overall service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across JAY for my G road test and I have to say of all the examiners I've met (3 in QC and 2 in ON), he's by far the best one. He has a very friendly and respectful manner, gives clear instructions, and is very patient in answering questions. For me it's not only doing a test but also learning to become a better driver. Jay is a tremendous asset to this office and I'm deeply appreciative. The gentleman working at the front door and the lady at the reception are also very nice and efficient (sorry I didn't get a chance to know their name). This is a great place to do your road test, highly recommended.

I had read the reviews about this driving centre prior to attending today’s test and I read about all examiners, and one of them was Jay. Luckily, when he approached myself at my car and introduced himself, I felt so at ease. It was true all I read about him, he was extremely professional and made me feel like I was having a ride with someone I had known for a long time. Jay was so thorough with the points and ensured that I understood all the requirements before leaving the driving test centre. He was thorough with instructions during the test and again, first and foremost, it is crucial when in front of you is a people person and then a competent worker. Thank you Jay. Stay as you are! Driving test centre is lucky to have such a wonderful worker there. M.S.
