The quote was quickly accepted as it was very reasonable.

Their compact but powerful cleaning system let them clean our ducts thoroughly; having several cats, it was very helpful to not have the door open to accommodate hoses out to a truck. Russ and Craig completed the job quickly and were respectful to our home. We're happy to recommend Pro-One Carpet and Duct Cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spilled red wine on a fairly expensive wool and silk carpet last Friday at about 5:00 pm. I called Pro-one and he explained that for red wine on silk we should get things dealt with before the stain dried in. He stayed open late so I could deliver the rug and he did a great job of the cleaning, for a very reasonable price.
