★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great storage facility, friendly staff and great prices.... Definitely the place to store in Belleville, it was extremely helpful that their manager was available after hours to help us with our move-in and get us set-up at their facility...Strongly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!!!!. This is 2 snowstorms in a row. First time I couldn't get in for 4 days. And now I am on my 2nd day waiting to get in to my unit.
I need access to my unit every other day and these people are too cheap to pay for snow plowing.
I tried calling them the first time and he only answered after I called back 6 times in a row. Now they don't even answer the phone.
The rent is cheap but if you can't access your unit then you are hostage until the snow melts it he digs into his pocket and pays for snow plowing.
Horrible service!!!!!!

Here we go again. New gate installed and it doesn't work and I have to get in my unit. This is ridiculous!!!! Noone will pick up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second visit today, the gate is non functional right now, no one is answering the phone or calling me back. Sitting here with a truck load hoping for some news from them. Already shopping for another unit. Just as well, the ceiling Inside looked like it was falling apart, and the 'metal' arround the lock latch is soft and unsecure. Price was cheap however, now I know why.

I was very ill when I went there to rent inside and outside storage for my items while I recovered. (Management) Mandeep and Corina, helped me to make a bad situation much better, they were very kind, and compassionate. Everyone there have been top notch, I can't remember all their names.
I haven't had any problems at all at this facility in 15 months!
Plus, they are continually upgrading for the future. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick easy and painless. The price was reasonable and the unit was clean. The new gate will be up soon so security will be improved greatly. The manager was very helpful and took her time to explain the lease and make sure I knew what I was signing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a saw there it was on sale regular 799.00 on sale for 650.00 they had a deal to get 10% off if you apply for a lowes card so I decide to do just that. I was in the store for an hour and ten minutes as the staff kept giving me the run around seems they didn't know anything about the 10% off when you apply for a lowes card. I finally got the deal but it was not worth my time waiting there. I needed the saw for a job and it was holding up my helpers. Not very happy at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been trying to contact Storehouse Canada Self Storage for nearly a month as they have failed to charge for our storage since Nov 1 2021 as confirmed by our credit card company. They do not return calls or texts. Has anybody else had these issues?
