★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paying for the locker itself ended up double than what I was originally quoted, locker was filthy with dirt and dead bugs inside. I was put on automatic payments despite specifying I would only be there for the month. And they kept the $20 security deposit despite me telling them I would be out early. Was out 2 days prior to the end of the storage lease, cleaned and mopped the locker, then called to let them know I was out......2 days later I was charged for another month, and have to wait up to a week to get my money back on top of them saying that since I didn't tell them what date I would be out (I did tell them) that they would be keeping my deposit.
The main gate was also broken the entire time I had the locker.
Staff seemed nice, but I'm literally paying for forgetfulness.
Update. Their management got ahold of me. Offered to give me my security deposit back only if I take this review down. No wrongdoing was admitted. Therefore my review stands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst customer service experience. The staff seem to be focussed exclusively on squeezing fees out of each customer. I have been a customer at the Belleville location for over 3 years. Run the staging portion of my business from one of their largest units.
Upon upgrading to this larger unit with two access door I was provided two fobs(one for each door) but there were no emergency keys to gain access if the fobs do not work(batteries etc)
Low and behold one of the fobs stopped working. I turned in the non functional fob and later that afternoon, while finishing up a move the door was closed. Leaving car keys, and the functional fob inside.
Instead of understanding the situation and recognizing that if the emergency keys had been provided, or the fob was repaired quickly this situation wouldn’t be an issue. The only solution the staff person had for me(while holding my non functional fob) was a $400 fee to have a maintenance person break the door.
It has been two days and no retuned calls from upper management. In orde for my business to run I had to break down and was forced to pay this additional fee.
Be wary of this location. The staff are quite pleasant. Until they are able to stick you with absurd charges.
Merry Christmas. Yeah right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to say thanks to all staff because I've personally dealt with at least 3 staff members. I also want to let the public know that their service and notification setup are excellent. Lastly visiting the millennium location has always been a treat, pardon the pun, but being offered a hot beverage or a complimentary water and chocolate just is an amazing touch. Oh and by the way they offer a moving truck I believe for 4 hours and up to 100 KLM for free... correct me if I'm wrong...PLUS - Security gates and camera to secure your stuff. Now who else can beat that service!? Thanks guys I'll be back for sure... but until then take care and see you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katie was very professional and courteous. She gave us a few choices to choose from before signing up. We looked at a few units before settling on the one we rented. The units we looked at were very clean. Terms were explained to us and all the pertinent information that one might need. Everything else was what we expected. The only thing that needs improvement is clearing of snow, they can do better. There was a little bit of snow around the property and was a bit slippery. Time will tell as we just rented the place. So far so good.
