★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This home depot is hit and miss. They have a good selection of products but there are some staff members there that run away when they see customers .......or they are brutally rude. There was a chap that worked in lighting who is by far the most arrogant, ignorant person - (he works in another department now that rhymes with spectacle) I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.With that being said I love their selection, the cashiers and the customer service staff are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get an item. Asked a cashier where to find it and was given easy directions. A sales associate was on hand to help get it to a cashier and another person helped me get it into my car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. That's the way I like to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would really like to know who makes the decisions when it comes to hiring people. Seems like you need to know someone who works there or something. After sending in over 200 resumes, standing in line for their job fairs with no results and still nothing. Yet they seem to have a high turn over of people, maybe they should hire the right people for the job. The ones who really want to be there and stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 18month old daughter in with me to grab some supplies for a home project. During check out she let out a toddler tantrum scream due to having to give up the screws she was holding to be scanned. As I was about to handle the situation since I am her parent- The cashier started to cover her ears and repeatedly told her to “stop that”. If that wasn’t disrespectful enough 2 other employees decided to come over and comment on her behaviour.
I responded to the cashier telling her that she is a toddler who is learning how to work through big emotions. Home Depot staff need to remind themselves that being empathetic and respectful towards not only their customers but to humans just trying to do there best is just a small act that goes a long way. I left home depot very upset and reluctant to go back to Home Depots all together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up our lawn tractor. Cashiers at customer service were quick, pleasant and helpful. The gentleman in the yard loaded our tractor easily with the forklift and was super pleasant and helpful. Told me how to register the warranty and provided the paperwork and extra key. Very nice experience. Not sure if it's the spring weather but all the staff were happy and helpful. So nice...

Never opt for home delivery .They have a third party (LTI logistics) , they are the worst guys in this business.They spoil the name of Home Depot. I ordered a dish washer finally after 3 attempts , all due to their mistakes they delivered a damaged product. Then waited for almost two weeks to get my refund as I decided to return the product . Terrible delivery service . Summary Ho depot is very good , nice staff , nice range of product but never opt for home delivery.
