★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience. This is the second time that this company hasn't returned my email request for an appointment. I contacted them in 2020 for a new air conditioning and heating system for our home; no response. At that time I thought it was probably because of Covid. I emailed a request for a consultation last week and didn't even get a courtesy email response.
Think I will be happy to give the $24,000 business to D and K.
Busy is busy, but this is just bad business.
Response - Just send an email to acknowledge the local community members that are reaching out to support you. We know that things can be busy. A quick email reply goes a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a personal review for a man named Josh I believe. My motorcycle broke down on me in Brighton this morning just as he was passing me. He pulled over and grabbed some tools from his truck, fixed my bike for me and had me up and running in about 10 minutes. It might have been a simple gesture to him, but I appreciated it more than he probably knows. There needs to be more amazing people like that. He did not even think, he just stopped and helped me. Thank you again for your time and your kindness.

The installation team of Brian and Kyle were fantastic, courteous and professional. I strongly recommend using Friel for your home heating needs!
