She then rudely asks me were the rope is I want cut. I show her . I tell her I need 6 meters. She again rudely tells me its sold by the foot. She cuts the rope and rudely tells me I don't have a lighter to melt the ends. I say thanks, thinking to myself , no lighter in a hardware store. Wow.

J	James Scalf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly and helpful but I find that the store is almost overstocked to the point it feels cluttered and confining. I know this is not the staff's fault. It has to do with the store trying to have as many products as possible in store to meet as much demand as possible but I think sometimes less is more. I mean if there is an item that I need the store can, and has, bring it in for me from the main warehouse. Other than that like I said the staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are good and competitive and they do have a lot of different products to pic from. If you don't see what you want all you need to do is ask at the service desk. They'll look it up for you and if it is available in another store or in the warehouse they will bring it in for you. I was happy to pay the 35 delivery fee but they also charge $3 more per sheet of drywall when it's being delivered, without informing you of that. After speaking with corporate I was told it's a supplier fee? And too bad. Spoke with contractors and other hardware stores and they have never heard of this practice. You pay a delivery fee but the price of the product dosent increase. Only found this out after paying and looking at my reciept that it was an extra 90. Had been shopping here for 30 yrs but not after discovering their deceptive practices.
