★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair of the dog! I have been a loyal customer to hair of the dog for three to four years. I called to get an appointment for my dog who was suppose to be on a six week schedule and they said that it would take three weeks before I got in to the groomers. O.k. so be it. Today I went and was on time( no early appointments) I called as the sign says and I got an answering machine, I left a message saying that I was outside. A few minutes later one of the girls came out and brought someone's dog out to her, didn't say anything to me and went back in. I thought maybe she had to clean up so I waited. Fifteen minutes later I called again and said I had been waiting fifteen minutes and hoped that they hadn't forgot me.( answering machine again)20 minutes later I banged on the door to ask them how much longer and was told they did not have time to do my dog today. I said I had booked three weeks ago and she said I know but we are swamped. Great, my dog has seasonal allergies , needs her hair cut, I've been waiting three weeks and they do not have time. Apparently they could not cancel the appointment. I will not be back Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Very happy and well educated staff that are quick and proficient in their jobs. My boy hates his nails being trimmed at home but absolutely loves going to hair of the dog and seeing all the friendly staff there. They have very reasonable prices for a pet grooming business. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their pets groomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this organization to get a lion cut for one of our cats. He had mats and needed a good grooming. I warned the staff that Pericles was a feisty boy who might need a muzzle.
I was told it would take 45 minutes. They were done in under 30 minutes! Considering that Pericles is a handful, this groomer is outstanding. She did an incredible job as the pictures show. Not a nick on his skin; something that has happened to him previously!
Kudos and they have earned all of my future business.
