★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete unprofessionalism, very rude, picks and chooses who to show kindness towards. Left unsatisfied with the quality of care provided to my dog. Also, if you leave a negative Facebook review owner sends a mob of her friends to bully you and flood with positive reviews so no one will see it. I am very disappointed and will not be utilizing this again. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behavior doesn't openly communicate with her clients when they ask questions. Has a mob of Facebook people who up her reviews so you can never see the bad reviews 20 perfect reviews in a day or so when you normally get 1 every 4-5 days somthings not adding up. Can't delete reviews just because you don't like them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my two new dogs to Ashley’s Pet Spa. They were not very used to being handled so I was unable to groom them on my own. They were made to feel comfortable and safe. Thanks to the care they received from people like those at Ashley’s Pet Spa, my dogs are now settled and confident. Thanks for helping with positive experiences for two very nervous dogs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been bringing my kitties here for several years as well as family members that I have recommended. We have always had good service and have been happy with our kitties. When I went in to pick up a donation there was conflict with one of the employees, so I left and contacted the owner immediately hoping to come to a resolution to my problem. I had left multiple messages and nothing. The way I was treated was NOT okay and as a business owner should not be tolerated. Would be cautious bringing your fur babies here.

And she has a great touch with elderly pets - she understands them and they bond :) Top notch grooming skills and a true love of pets. You've got a big heart Ash, and a shout out to you for the many times you've donated your time and talent to do "makeovers" on pets in need. You're the best! And see you soon when we bring the troop up for their Christmas grooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Cracker and he was Ashley’s main man when she lived in BC.
No matter what he rolled in (usually a dead fish or otter poop on the beach) she’d welcome him with open arms and love him up, clean him up and send him home smelling sweet and looking fine.
She’s recently been dragged online for wanting to take her time on a very matted dog. The owners wanted a rush job and when Ashley refused and tried to explain would be cruel they chose to attack her on social media. Then they rallied their friends to do the same. Don’t believe those reviews, she’s a wonderful person and gives her clients the very best. Every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog had a great time on his spa afternoon. He went in for a deshedding bath and nail trim. He looks amazing and his undercoat was all taken care of. His coat is very soft, smooth, and all that loose fur is gone. I can tell he enjoyed his time there. Great job!
