★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner and staff were very rude to me for coming 10 minutes early to pick up my dog. They stated this made it harder for them to finish because he knew I was there (understandable). Then, after I paid, they gave me the wrong dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terry and her staff always show professionalism when dealing with us and 'Maggie' our poodle! Of greater importance, however, is the kindness and compassion with which they treat their animal customers! Maggie always returns refreshed, clean and happy from a day at the groomer's! We would highly recommend Pampered Pooch to one and all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia went to the Pampered Pooch today and they did an amazing job!! She was so happy and fresh when I picked her up. She looks amazing and the price was way lower than what I usually pay. She will be a regular there now!! Beyond impressed! Also very friendly staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very overpriced. I usually stop by Little Stinkers to have my 8 lb dogs nails clipped and they charge me 5 bucks. Stopped by Pampered Pooch ond day for the same 45 second service and was charged 17.95. Then I was given a dirty look when I choose the no tip option.
