D	DALE BOLTON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellevillebstorage is awesome they have a great selection of units in many sizes. There is a gate thats gives 24 - 7 access. Prices are good. Staff is friendly hand helpful. The units are clean and we'll kept. I would recommend them for your short or long term storage needs.

Our experience has been very positive all the way and as a result I recommend Bellevue to any friend or relative without hesitation.

Sister was paying cash and was charged on my credit 3 different times and was told to bring in receipts on her cash payments. They do don't keep cash records for history on payments. After talking with 2 different people I have decided to move my store some where else. Do not rent from scam artists unless you enjoy waking up to over $400 dollars being taking out of your credit card. Warning to all
A	Adam Hambly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we called Kevin, the owner, at 12:50 on a Saturday saying we'd be there in 3 minutes just to take a quick look at a unit and get pricing. We walked in at 12:55 and he said it's a good thing another customer was there otherwise he would have left. We didn't love that comment and just replied that I guess it's worth it if he rents another unit to us. He continued saying that these are the hours and he would lose money if he had to pay someone to stay past 1pm.. The whole conversation got really awkward and we said that we worked in customer service and that we'd never say that to customers that came in 5 minutes before closing. To clarify, we weren't moving anything on that day, we were merely getting pricing and wanted to see the size options. We honestly thought he was kidding but he finished by saying that he was being serious and that it's different when you're an owner. At that point we walked out. He made it clear to us he was annoyed that we came in at 12:55, and for that reason, we're out!
E	Elsie Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read some of the reviews on this facility and found the exact opposite of some of the negative reviews. I wonder if some of these people have not been keeping up with their payments. I dealt with a white haired gentleman who showed excellent customer service and these people are always willing to assist. One time I couldn't get my lock to open and they came right over to my unit and solved my problem. I pay by pre-authorized credit card and they keep my receipts on file that I can look at or take with me at any time. This place is also the cleanest and most secure storage facility I have been at over the years. I continue to rent from them and highly recommend them to you!

I have had to complain a few times about not being able to slide one of the sliders on my unit door. The staff are not very willing to assist me or fix the issue which is rather upsetting. I pay enough each month to store my belongings the least I would expect is a functioning slider or at least acknowledgement that I am having this issue and a solution to fix it so I don't have to struggle to get to my stuff and secure it. Not very impressed, but I know nothing will be done about it. Maybe new owners will give a care? Not holding my breath.
