Friendly staff, but don't expect stylish clothes or even clothes at all! They didn't have anything my size for example. I'm slim small. I think it's down to chance whether you"ll get really good ones or nothing at all.

I cant even begin to explain how amazing this place is . I was just overwhelmed with their kindness, positivity and range of clothing (especially Joanna and Sarah). I felt like someone's opened up their wardrobe and asked me to pick what I wanted . Not to mention some amazing labels , ranging from zara, gap, banana republic, Kate spade , Tommy, ralph Lauren to Burberry and Cartier. Beyond amazing service to those who need a head start with their business attire. Loved the little makeup goody bag i received at the end . Good job guys and God bless !

Friendly, helpful staff and lots of choices as long as you are not very picky. I believe there are more options for women than for man but overall you can have a great experience and find some good workplace outfits. Accessories, clothing, shoes and more... You won't be disappointed ! !

They try desperately to push their opinions onto you. For people with language barriers or lack of cultural experience they don't let even same sex friends be present and give feedback. This can be a very demoralizing and isolating experience for some people. They should at least allow one attendant/ interpreter for moral support as this is the way many people would naturally shop and would end up making wrong choices pressured by the stylists who don't understand their preferences. As a career counsellor I will never refer anyone there as I have now received a number of the above feedback from my clients. Among the stylists Diane is excellent but BEWARE OF VAL. She is rude, pushy and incredibly unprofessional.

*I can only speak to my experience as a clothing donor, not a customer. I loved the idea of Dress for Success helping women prepare for interviews and careers, so I saved up my office-appropriate clothing donations for one of the two brief donation windows they have each month. Despite arriving on the right day and at the right time, (there was another woman donating clothes, so I knew I hadn't misread the website), the door was locked and it took several minutes for anyone to answer. I was told they weren't accepting any donations that day because there were "people from corporate" visiting. They had me dump my donation on the ground and hurried me out before I could ask about a tax receipt. While I still admire the spirit of Dress for Success, and they might be a great help to women who need outfits for job interviews, I was extemely turned off by the donation experience. The donation windows are limited, brief, and in the middle of the work day, and there was no indication on their website or on their automated phone message that they wouldn't be accepting donations when I came. I have to imagine that if it's that difficult to give them clothes, it must also be pretty difficult to get clothes from them. Next time, I'll be donating my office-appropriate clothing somewhere else.

The customer service is unmatched in the GTA for such a nonprofit organization. Dress for success helped me get the best attire for my interview and this gave my confidence the boost I was lacking. I thank them very much as I also had an opportunity to get casual fitting clothes for my dress down fridays at work

Great place to drop off old suits! They have a specific drop off schedule so make sure to look that up to plan ahead. This service gives the clothing directly to those in need. It is not a walkin service, rather a referred service by a social worker. Good to know everything is going to someone who needs it most.
